As a faired hair "Farang", I have had my problems with exposure to the damaging UV rays. On more than one occasion, doctors in Europe diagnosis "cancerous carcinomas."

Here in Thailand, where I live now permanently, the sunshines many times stronger, the danger of over-exposure is far more serious and I recommend not only using sun creams whenever you are outdoors (or cover-up completely, which is not an option for most of us) but to have regular checks up (twice a year ) with a dermatologist.

The latter is a matter of confidence: I recommend Dr. Nitivadee wholeheartedly: Her thorough examinations let me live in peace and, as happened, when interventions are necessary, she has the means and capacity in her ultra modern consultation to "get rid of" whatever needs getting rid of by applying the latest medical know how and using state of the art equipment.
